If you have entered and posted a voucher with the wrong date:

To enter a voucher as a 'C' type enter all the information just as you did on the one with the wrong date, (including the wrong date).
Check your edit list it should say that it is cancels voucher #####.
Then post.
Then re-enter the voucher with the corrected date.
Check the edit list that your date is correct and post again.
This process wipes it from the AP and GL and then the re-entry restores the voucher with the correct information.
