Can't get into Samco remotely

In troubleshooting why you cannot get into the Samco app. Try these steps:
-First reboot your computer
-Log into your work station
-Check internet connection... can you get onto web browser and navigate to google.com
-If that works, run Kerio VPN client
-Log in using your credentials
-Then load Samco
