What are phantom sessions and why do they occur?

If you sometimes get one of these errors:
Error 92 File is already open (open).
Error 93 File locked (open).

It may be because there is a phantom session (an instances of your user that is still logged in from the last time you used Samco Power Accounting)
This process needs to be killed on the server.  The best way to solve this problem is to avoid it happening by properly exiting Samco Power Accounting every time you use it.  Use the TAB key to exit all menus and modules and then when prompted "Do you wish to exit SAMCO - Power Accounting?"  Answer "Y"  This will end your session.
