'Unable to protect transaction file'

You may recieve error 'Unable to protect transaction file' during posting. This means that someone did not cleanly exit Samco (maybe they clicked the 'X' to close the window or just shutdown their computer.) This means that the user session they had been using is still running on the server and the new session they started cannot access the files it needs to.
Sometimes this is called a "Phantom Session", the user should contact Samco Support so they can terminate ("kill") the session.
